可唐成立於 2020 年，是一個從校園長出來的餐飲品牌。我們相信好的日常，來自好的原料：以自製果醬為基底，搭配新鮮水果，做成天然果茶、果沙，也抹在優格、厚片與貝果上。

果醬堅持無化學添加物、不加一滴水，以新鮮雪耳作為天然果膠，慢火熬煮。往後，我們想做的仍是那幾件事──天然、健康、永續、校園共好。

KALU began in 2020 as a dining brand grown on campus. We think good days start with good ingredients. Our house-made jam is the base of everything: stirred into fruit teas and slushes, and spread over yogurt, thick toast and bagels.

The jam has no chemical additives and not a single drop of added water. Fresh snow fungus gives it a natural set, and it is cooked slowly. Looking ahead, we keep to the same few things: natural, healthy, sustainable, and good for the campus around us.
